TTC Business Continuity Preparedness

As the outbreak of the COVID-19 (“Coronavirus”) continues to grow, The TEAM Companies (TTC) is prepared to continue its business practices under any circumstance. TTC has long maintained a strong continuity plan over the years and is ready to put its plan into place, should the need arise.


As you may know, TTC maintains offices in various locations throughout the United States and Canada. TTC has physical office locations in New York, Toronto, Portland, Detroit and Los Angeles. You should also be aware, in addition to our physical office facilities, TTC maintains backup work sites for each office location, including backup and continuity plans for its Cloud storage and computers, telephones and printing equipment. We are also encouraging clients to take advantage of our online tools for talent and crew onboarding as well as time cards, all securely maintained.


In addition, TTC maintains emergency protocols which enable its team to work remotely and securely from any location around the world, as needed and with a moment’s notice, if necessary.


Our employees are our first priority to keep safe, and as a result, we have been adhering to the various recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and the Public Health Agency of Canada on proper cleanliness and hygiene protocols, restricting non-essential travel and sanitizing office spaces.
