Talent, Entertainment and Media Services, Inc., along with its subsidiaries and affiliates (“The TEAM Companies”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that you share with us. Generally, you can browse through our website without giving us any information about yourself. When we do need your personal information to provide services that you request or when you choose to provide us with your personal information, this policy describes how we collect and use your personal information.  Your use of The TEAM Companies’ services and website shall constitute your acceptances of the terms of this Privacy Policy and any changes that may be made to it in the future.


Personal information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, email address, a home, postal or other physical address, other contact information, title, birth date, gender, occupation, industry, personal interests, and other information that may be collected to provide services or access to resources.

As a business affairs and payroll service, The TEAM Companies also receives personal information from business partners and clients. When you contact The TEAM Companies, The TEAM Companies may retain your communication in order to process your inquiry, respond to your inquiry, or improve our services.  All emails and other communications submitted to The TEAM Companies become the property of The TEAM Companies upon submission.

  • to fulfill your requests for certain products and services

Your personal information may be shared with The TEAM Companies’ subsidiaries or affiliates. The TEAM Companies regularly reviews its data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that its operations, processes, and protocols are in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

The TEAM Companies utilizes certain security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures. The TEAM Companies restricts access to personal information to The TEAM Companies employees, contractors and agents who need to know and have access to this information. Although The TEAM Companies takes steps to protect the data that it collects from its users and we do our best to make our website and data secure, it is simply not possible to protect against every conceivable breach of security and we cannot guarantee the total security of our website and data.  Accordingly, by using our website, you agree that you will not hold The TEAM Companies responsible, and hereby release The TEAM Companies, for any inadvertent or unauthorized disclosure of user information that may occur, such as, for example, by a person hacking into our system and unlawfully gaining access to our data.


Our websites do not target and are not intended to attract children under the age of 13.  The TEAM Companies does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 or send them requests for personal information.
