Financial Analyst-Finance/Accounting-Burbank

Duties & Tasks

  • Consolidations of financial statements and foreign currency translation entries
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of census responses
  • Preparation of periodic Financial Statements and supporting schedules as needed
  • Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation
  • Maintain and ensure balance sheet accounts (current liabilities) are properly reconciled and supported
  • Analysis and accrual of payroll tax remittances and reconciliation with general ledger
  • Compile margin analysis and provide explanations
  • Coordinate preparation and filing of partnership income tax returns
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Perform special projects and prepare ad hoc operational and financial analyses as required by management
  • Back up to other accounting personnel

  • Ability to be flexible, multi-task, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to work overtime
  • Good interaction with co-workers in a professional office setting


  • Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advance skill level a plus), Word, Outlook
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards ERP system and Hubble Reporting tool, a plus
  • Ability and willingness to learn new and proprietary system applications as needed

Credentials, Experience & Education

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • At least 3 years work experience as an finance analyst, cost accounting or FP&A related field
  • Experience in a multicurrency, multi-company environment preferred
  • Tax experience in partnerships/LLCs a plus
